You can easily purchase your rewards card online right here and it will be posted to you quickly, or you can purchase your card from any participating merchant listed on wedding rewards (some of the larger businesses like Resorts etc may not have the facilities to do this).
Simply purchase the card from them and they will apply for the card for you, you will receive a temporary card until your personalised weddingrewards card arrives via post
